Standard Policy:
Please note that we generally do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered, as we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

Exceptions & Special Cases:
We understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances or genuine emergencies. If you feel you have a very valid or urgent reason for a return, we are open to listening and helping you out. In such cases, the decision to accept a return will be at the sole discretion of the Nexroliq team.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

2. Shipping Policy (Rates & Time)

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 working days (available in selected cities).
  • Note: During sale periods or public holidays, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 flat rate nationwide.
  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 2500.
  • Express Delivery: Rs. 300

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer COD. Please ensure the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
